Other gamers are always like "i hate it when games tell me what to do or where to go"
But my slow ass is always grateful bc then I don't have to waste my time parsing thru vague info for no reason and can keep enjoying the game.
Unless your game is specifically going for this atmosphere or is a puzzle game, there's no reason to keep players doing loops for the sake of making the game longer.
If you're going to make me stay in an area for long periods of time, there better be a good reason for it.
