This track from V-Tennis is a Very Minor Meme among folks in the know, but it's been driving me nuts for a long time because where does that vocal sample come from???
It's been used in several game tracks, like this one from Wing War:

I also heard it somewhat recently in a track in Dragon Quest Treasures, though thanks to the estate of Sugiyama I'm sure there's zero chance of finding that online in a clean form. There are a few others rattling in my brain as well, though I forget their sources.
So where does that noise come from? Folks, if we can find where the B. Rap Boys soundtrack originated from, I'm sure we can also figure this out. Let's get to it, internet!
