I've liked every Netflix anime live-action adaption I've seen so far.
I guess I need to go deeper and watch Death Note.
It's likely because I don't watch a lot of shows/movies in general. I don't have the built up "literacy" and/or burnout.

The Death Note film is a dire adaptation, but as a standalone piece of media it's alright.
