I felt like doing some fun experiment to shake off this creative burnout. Of course High Guardian Spice is bad at writing, characters, worldbuilding, and such including the poor management from Crunchyroll. But somehow, I kinda like it.

even though HGS's first three eps were really bad, i enjoyed the rest of it fairly well. they did some charming stuff with the characters and the writing got considerably better.
also i loved the silly halloween costumes that everyone was wearing in the last eps haha
I agree with that. It's a part of the reason I enjoyed that show despite its noticeable flaws.
