and it's a pretty good horror comic in that it's like, suitably horrifying, but i stopped momentarily to consider if there was a possible resolution to the setup that would actually feel satisfying; like, how might the fundamental questions posed by the comic be answered in a way that feels good, and i came up really empty, so i've stopped reading it and i feel really relieved
it's nice to stop consuming media when i feel like it's stopped paying off, or it's not going to pay off. i can just be free 🦋
