Imagine this music video. The band is hanging out on a yacht; there's a funky animated cat man for some reason. (He shows up on most of their album covers.) Now make it Columbo. Every episode the band's out on the waves and solves some kind of yacht-related murder mystery. Usually it's some rich guy killing a different rich guy. The cat man shows up in a cameo every episode; this is never explained. It runs for 300 episodes.
