my dog has just been diagnosed with liver shunt, meaning she has to go on a strict veggie diet, have her liver scanned, then hopefully go in for surgery. we have insurance that should cover most of the big costs, but we could still use a hand with groceries, medicine, specialised food and treats, taxi fare (none of our vets are local, one trip can cost £240) and other oddments. anything extra will go towards paying for her procedures.
