One of the roommates really wanted to have a big Polish dinner for Christmas, so we went absolutely ham with:
- Purple mashed potatoes (from dark purple potatoes!)
- Fried pierogies with potatoes, cheese, onion, and bacon
- Gołąbki (stuffed cabbage)
- Kielbasa and sauerkraut
- Ruebens
We didn't make any Polish desserts, but that's a next year thing. We're also going to cut the recipes in half because there's so much left lol. All of it was delicious!
