• They/Them

A real "we've got a nephew" of graphic design and illustration, mental illness held at bay by a very nice vegetable garden and cats.

Lapsed printmaker, you should ask me about it and I'll be very weird

So the real answer to this question is "Go to therapy", but that's fiscally impossible right now.

I'm in a state where I'm very disillusioned with and dissociating from life, right down to struggling with creative pursuits, to doing normal adult bullshit. I've got people counting on me - heck, I'm counting on me - to pull it together, and I'm out of ideas.

Anyone have any books or other media that could help, or at least be a little boost? Not even sure what to ask for, but I'm sure other people have been in similar positions.

I'm looking for an umbrella in a hurricane, but it might be enough to get me a few steps further.
