A lot of us are looking at self-hosting websites, and the Ghost CMS has come up in a lot of suggestions. The Ghost-hosted solutions are hella expensive, but I'm currently looking at PikaPods for an easy and cheap host with an installer. Starts at $2 a month, so I'll give it a shot when I'm no longer in the red with my bank lol
Digital Ocean has also come up as a host, with the smallest host package ($4-$6 /mo), and it also has an installer. A little more, but DO is a very well known host.
