Every time I go on a tirade and break out with something like "cisgender people don't spend outrageous amounts of time and money perfecting an expression of themselves as the "opposite" gender to exist in multiple formats, media platforms, environments, etc" some rando gets offended and some other rando abruptly pops up with a pride flag later that week.
Occasionally another rando makes a brand new "same gender" rep for anywhere they have to use their unaltered voice, continues using their "opposite" self literally everywhere else, and pretends like nobody is the wiser.
I won't ever tell you that you are trans and should seek medical transition, but I will look you dead in the eye and tell you that you're not cisgender and it's up to you to decide what to do with that information. You'd be amazed at the amount of people who are like "oh I know but I can't deal with that right now".
