So this game called Lunistice came out 3 days ago on Steam and Switch. It wasn't on my radar, but someone randomly bought it for me. I looked at the description, not sure what it was, and it said it was inspired by Sega Saturn 3D platformers, so I had to play it
And I loved it.
I saw a good Steam review that said this game is "the best 3D Sonic game ever made". And yeah I mean it's clearly got those vibes. It's a simple platformer, you can jump, double jump, spin attack to triple jump and hit enemies... that's it.
But the charm is through the roof
The game is only five dollars on Steam and Switch. FIVE DOLLARS. Seriously, as I was playing it I was going "this was what, 15, 20 bucks? Yeah it's more than worth that".
Good replayability too, I beat it and then went back to do better and get higher scores immediately lol
Y'all should 100% check this game out if you like 32-bit retro 3D platformers, and you should, because you have taste.
