maybe i'm biased because i have really bad hair, but i say go for it
Anything helps. Even a dumb cosplay wig can get you a nice hit of euphoria, and in my experience people are more likely to think your synthetic wig is real if it's in a funky color. Any texture disparity gets written off as part of the dye job
