I can't name a dungeon with a dragon in it, and that's a crying shame. I can see a dungeon where you like, learn Dragon ecology from wandering through the kobold-attended drainage system and poke your head up once in a while. Then everything you learn about Dragons from stalking through this one's plumbing informs your strategy to either negotiating or killing it.
