could it be a slot system where there are only five moves max you can have at a time. could it be a standard playbook-less pbta game but you can stack as many Cutie Hats on top of your head as you want... so many ideas

ok, so - SLOT system. you have five potential slots at any time. each slot corresponds to a specific piece of clothing available. each SLOT stores a move for your character. there are clothing tiers that influence scale and scope. XP and Coin are the same thing because its all about trading resources in exchange for moves/material/info
