I need to play more Armor astir: advent.

One Canuck built the #ttrpg tag and the #mecha tag. And that was me.

I need to play more Armor astir: advent.
i feel this... my friendgroup only got 2 whole sessions in before life kept getting in the way hardcore. we all want to get back to it Soooo Baaaaaaadd we havent even gotten to the conflict turn
It's one I strongly want to try, but do not have the time to run or the right friend group to pitch it to.
Having played it mostly in one-shots and only recently been part of a campaign, the game becomes something completely different when played in a longer form.
I've been playing in a campaign for a while now. While our Conflict Turns can take a little longer than I'd like I am enjoying it. Probably more for the science fantasy style setting we're in but ya, combining pbta with long form campaign systems is fun.
I LOVE the game so much. Easily the best campaign I've ever run and some of the most fun I've ever had gm'ing or even playing in a game. The game just pushes the entire table in such interesting ways imo
I'm really tempted to dig into it. My partner is into much crunchier gameplay than I am, and me explaining the Faction game and additional tactical options present compared to most PbtA (that I'm aware of, anyway) seem to strike a chord with him.
