Sure DMing TTRPG's for a small handful of my friends is great. But im nostalgic for the good old days, back when I'd play in and run these big 14-16 Player Danganronpa RPG's and see the delight on people's faces as we wrote better characters and cases than Kazutaka Kodaka could only DREAM of putting in his games. Absolutely just stunting on him.
My energy for that scene has since cooled down, but I do still remember fondly those days. I don't think I could do the murder mystery style Mass RP again, but maybe something else. My Battle Royale one was a smash hit, maybe... Using the Your Turn to Die format? Or something or other. It's something to think about. Doing those kinds of Mass RP's was how I met most of my online circle anyways. It's fun to do, If you can get a good circle of players
Please rest assured that I could probably write an entire paper on the internet anthropology of the various Danganronpa roleplay communities out there. They're like micro-biomes. It's absolutely fascinating to watch how they develop and self-sustain themselves
