they hit the ground with a thud and wince a bit as they shakily stand up. that magical girl (what was her name? Princess Pluto or something?) made it look so easy and like a short drop, but apparently, it's only a short drop if you're magic. "Magical Boy Ceres", as they've been jokingly calling themself, doesn't have magic to protect them, only their trusty Red Wing boots and a willingness to run from a fight.
