I think the only other thing I can say about the protective rain hat is that it's definitely something you would assemble out of random found objects in a point-n-click adventure game so your character can go out into the rain, which they refuse to do without a Protective Hat Of Some Sort.

The drape extends down to the shoulders to help prevent the back of the neck and shoulders from getting wet, and helps retain body and head heat during flu season.

i love that it drains onto the drape. so all the water is just gonna run down the drape and then soak your butt or the back of your shirt
