Nothing in Disney+ Star Wars tops Sabine brake sliding under an E-wing because new republic pilots are trying to detain her for ditching a ceremony. Great simple action sequence, great music, and great depiction of the relationship between The New Republic and the people who actually had to rebel against the empire.
