here's the secret: they don't want to change shit, they just want to push their own responsibilities off onto their kids.
The part that really bothers me is that every time I open my mouth to share how the world could be different, people who told me I would change the world gets so upset that I want to change how they live too.
Yup. 'cause they don't want it to change for them. that's the other part of kicking the can down the road: all the hard stuff is somebody else's problem.
