You’ve been forced at gunpoint to start an actual play podcast, but you’ve got to kitbash two systems: one you’ve played, and one you haven’t.
Which do you choose and what are you hoping for?
This is not the hard part. The hard parts are audio editing and scheduling. That said: it’s An Altogether Different River which I haven’t played but would use to set up a small town, then Interstitial: Our Hearts Intertwined to play through the Deltarune adventure that takes place there. We got our town where we’ve thought about how it’s changed or stayed the same. Then our game jumps into the self-contained fantasy world where we meet funny little guys that are emblematic of key parts of that town. Then we decide how we feel about the funny guys and then who gets to succeed in that fantasy world.
EDIT: shit I haven’t played either of these. Uh, an altogether different river and the Pokémon dungeon crawler.
