Candy, fittingly, is a big fan. She's a ghost named Candy - she was made for this damn holiday. (Literally. Pretty sure her being made in October wasn't a coincidence).
As for the less obvious cast members, Moby isn't a trick-or-treating type but she likes making costumes and getting a chance to do some cosplay-adjacent stuff. Cassie is the same, but instead of making a costume he's more interested in swapping out parts to make himself look more like a character.
Back in fantasy land, Uma likes trying to host a huge halloween party for the gang. She dresses up, but it's usually secondary to socializing. And Root - I don't have any real reason for it, I just have the feeling they'd be really into the spirit of the season.
