Linux is meant to be more freeing and customizable than Windows, but why isn't there a simple way to disable 'middle click to paste' without installing a script or something. Like, rebinding mouse buttons like that seems pretty basic.
(Technically you can but you gotta go into some config bullshit and it's not just, an option.)
Having a friend over, wanted to play a game with them so I installed it to the Framework and plugged in my controllers USB dongle, and it didn't work! Had to later run some random script I found online to make it work. Tried connecting a bluetooth controller, for some reason I couldn't just find like. 'Bluetooth', in the settings.
I really want to love Linux but it keeps reminding me how easy it is to just, use Windows. For all Microsoft's bullshit, there are tools and utilities to help pull that stuff out. I want tinkering with my OS to be an option, not a requirement, yknow
