Do you have any fun trivia about the Bellflower kids?
Just some stuff that isn't serious or important enough and will probably never come up normally. Stuff like their favorite things such as color and food, obscure details about them, or what they think about certain aspects of the world like how so many living things look like inanimate things.

i do actually! some things i mightve mentioned here before but i might as well give as many as i can

  1. bella's favorite food is hash browns, olivia's is chocolate cake (havent thought of one for oliver yet)
  2. bella has fear of axolotls, which is entirely the fault of olivia
  3. bella is a night owl, she'll be up until at least 2 in the morning
  4. oliver refuses to say swears, even light ones like damn or crap. he finds them too rude for him.
  5. olivia is the only one of the kids who went to college, tho she never earned her degree
  6. oliver is deathly terrified of ghosts and the undead, because of this he locks himself inside during halloween

What if Olivia's hypothetical foil is someone who's equally gunning for Bella and maybe even Oliver too, but instead uses other forms of manipulation to make it seem like he/she/they are a much better person than Bella, probably also having it so that this rival doesn't want to have someone under their control, but instead being equal in how sinful they are?

interesting idea, but to be real i dont really want olivia to have a proper foil. i want her to stand above just about everyone else in her smarts and capabilities, with no opposition in that regard.
i also wanna say that bella is her true opposition, even if neither of them think so. bella is kinda a dummy and just doesnt want to involve herself with olivia, but being resistant to olivias manipulation and aware of her shenanigans, while also being a priority challenge to olivia makes her a bigger threat to olivia than she knows
