Something else that's maddening RE: games on Steam vs. games on Itch is that some games on Itch will only release updated versions on Steam. It's like Itch is Baby Greenlight. I have a game that I paid for on Itch and only afterwards did I realize I was actually buying a Steam key. Motherfucker, I'm looking at Itch for a reason
