After such an embarrassing but exciting experience with Jhin, Lulu comes out of the game wondering what she should do and what Mordekaiser might think about what happened.
This story was inspired by my friend Chikki (@QueenChikkiBug everywhere) who drew this rare pair of Lulu and Mordekaiser that had me by the heart! I hope you enjoy!

There is a pause as she knows he is looking the screen over, knowing that he is a bit deeper into the meta of the game than her. Lulu prefers to play having fun, but glad that Mordekaiser takes that into account, finding her a build that works with how she wants to play. A few minutes later she sees him send back a message, “You did amazing Lulu! Glad I was about to help with that. The rest of your team agrees with that, the Jhin you were laning with was really good as well, how do you think he did in protecting you and keeping up with you?”
Feeling her face burn with a blush, wanting to take in the praise at her for doing so well in the game, it fights against the nervous embarrassment with how she should answer the last of his question. She bites her lip for a moment considering keeping it light on details and vague on what else might have happened during. Though a part of her knows that he wouldn’t, or at least shouldn’t, squirm under those details since he started it with her. He may have only fingered her while she did fully suck off Jhin, the principle still stays the same in the end and maybe he can understand.
She lets out a sigh before sending a message back, “Thank you! I really do appreciate you helping me out with that, it is really exciting to actually do well in a game for once. The Jhin… He was really nice and helped me out a bit too, protected me a few times from Lillia coming in to ruin it all. I don’t know if I could have done so well without him having my back during the game honestly.”
Wanting to keep it at least a little vague, she takes another bite of her snake while waiting with some anticipation for a response from Mordekaiser. Messaging him before and after games had become a habit in the last couple of weeks, getting his advice on what to build and how to play better. It started with mostly play by plays and advice, but slowly their conversations became less mentor professional to a bit more casual. Even yesterday they went on a tangent about some show she has been binge watching online that they both had opinions about. She looks forward to him coming online far more than she did before, once catching herself staying up far too late messaging him.
The reply comes back a minute later, “That’s good to know, doesn’t matter in the end how good of a support you are, you need a team that works together to make it through the game. Or someone really good carrying your team that is just barely holding it together… Good to know that he is good enough to make the game fun, did anything interesting happen during the game? I know you mentioned the Lillia coming after you two which sounds exciting, just curious if anything else happened.”
