I understand that this is a personal opinion, but desserts should not be spicy and I am objectivity correct.
I mean honestly putting Tajin on sorbet or vanilla bean ice cream is extremely hella. I see no reason why it WOULDN'T work.
we have like 10 different varieties of spicy ice cream in mexico. just google "diablito"
I have an ice cream machine and nothing to do tomorrow. I always wondered what Mexican Hot Chocolate would taste like as an ice cream. Also, I have special* dried pepper that I can put in the custard like most people put in vanilla beans...
*It's a scorpion pepper.

I remember circa 1993-94 Sebastian Joe's in Minneapolis had an "Aztec Chocolate" that was spicy (and delicious). It's not on the menu currently, so the answer might just be "it has a limited audience."
