Is that a pan-seared tuna steak? Your plating is wonderful.
Yes! And thank you! This was the result of me finding a dish in a restaurant that was too expensive for me to order more than once, so instead I learned how to make it.
It's not 100% there yet, there's room for improvement. But it's still a good meal that I've made a few times since then.
