Had the idea of hosting my own art gallery for a long time like with tags and pagination for comics and stuff. One of the big things I wanted to do with it was try out an idea I had for tagging. I thought it might be nice to have it in a tree format. For example if I had the tag hat and a tag for my fursona Lacey. If my bunny self was wearing a hat in the piece I would tag it with hat as a child of Lacey and it might look something like:
Lacey
hat
And perhaps to find all works where Lacey wears a hat I could enter Lacey:hat in the search bar. This would be more useful for things other than clothes, like roles, actions or emotions. Also I think it would make sense to enter bunny:hat in the search and have it match sibling tags together.
Not sure where I'll make the time to develop such a thing but I think it would be really neat.
