I need to pick a Mastodon home server for my Game Development since I never did that, and I'm struggling to figure out where. My current game is NSFW, and the biggest GameDev server I know of has conflicting rules on mature content. Honestly I can barely find anything using tag searches on the three I know of; I know similar game developers exist, where are they at? Hopefully not on the commonly blacklisted servers.
This feels like one of the biggest struggles with Mastodon: It's just disjointed enough that if you don't already know where to find the thing, it can be hard to find. There's some indexes floating around, but those are generally opt-in and may have their own restrictions.
