Today is Itch.io Creator Day, which is like Bandcamp Fridays, meaning the storefront doesn't take their cut of the sales, even with their already generous rates. So creators get even more from your dollar, as opposed to losing 30% right off the bat on Steam and other major platforms.

Cuddle Kobold! Just a Bite (SFW)

What started as a late Halloween gag ended up expanding. The Kobold from "Cuddle Kobold!" has the midnight munchies, and every time they nibble at you, you shrink a bit. You dash around the apartment getting progressively smaller and smaller, looking for gems that'll substitute until the food delivery in the morning. Win, and you can fool around in the Daytime apartment, an early testbed for ideas going into the full game! And feed the Kobold cookies.
This is a short experience, but I've been making it better with 3 difficulty modes, added easter eggs and interactables during Daytime, and of course hats! It's already out for PC VR, and I'm just finishing up the Meta Quest 2 native port within the next few days.

What started as an April Fools gag (noticing a trend here?) is a half-joking, half-serious attempt to translate the lobby of my Game Boy Furry Parody RPG Rulent Tower (NSFW!) into VR using voxels. I made this years ago, so there's a lot of Babby's First VR, but it runs even on the Quest 1 natively and has some fun touches. And of course easter eggs, because I can't stop myself from putting those in.

People were looking for a way to include dynamic text in GB Studio. There were many ways to do it. This was mine. It was designed around GB Studio version 2, and you couldn't really export or import blocks of code like this, so you have to rebuild it based on the reference. But I do comment it thoroughly, explaining the logic and process. I fell off GB Studio a bit so I'm not sure if this is really necessary now, but it is an option, especially if your existing project requires an older version of Studio. What a sales pitch!
There are other projects on my page you can poke through. Cuddle Kobold! is the big sandbox version of the Daytime of Just a Bite, in early development. Rulent Tower is a NSFW Game Boy-compatible slice-of-life RPG about moving into an apartment with a bunch of other porn parody versions of famous characters (more tongue-in-cheek than erotic).
