Shoutout to the owner of this VW Bug with a custom Cardcaptor Sakura / Sailor Moon wrap. They must have been heartbroken that the anime store down the street moved to another location. (The store's former property has now been taken over by an angry goose.)

Our local equivalent is a pink car (custom paint but no decals or wrap) with a bunch of tiny Hello Kitty plush toys on the dash/mirror.
