i think there's actually a recent feature from twitter that cohost should get. seems like something that only ever happens once
anyway, it's the "circles" thing. so much more thoughtful dialogue happens on here between friends that i'd love to have lists of people to limit a post to, e.g. i'm having a moan about NDA'd work stuff that i only want to be visible to certain trusted buds
in gamedev at least, people's private twitters are always kind of a "god i really want to connect with the people i know about this but it can't be public" but twitter being what it is you can't get all that much out of it, whereas here... you know, that cohost vibe.
(i also don't think multiple profiles are good for this because people have to follow both, etc etc)
