Everyone else, hello.

Just learned about a VERY swag Game Boy Advance Tetris "clone" called Apotris. Extremely customizable, can be as flashy or stripped-down as you want, has fantastic 'brickfeel' or whatever it is Tetris snobs say about the versions they like.

they DMCA'd the dev's github, and the physical version is no longer on sale (but it was basically just one of their standard flash carts with a custom label, so you can very easily make your own if you so desire)

but yeah, this is the guideline-and-beyond Tetris game I would've loved twenty years ago, and I expect it'll be the low-spec Tetris du jour for the foreseeable future

And the creator is self-hosting his own page as well

It's still being actively developed despite DMCA takedowns. In fact, work is being done on a native PC port as well as an AI for CPU versus mode.

i try to archive most stuff online that looks interesting especially if it looks like it could disappear but somehow i missed this and i'm pretty dissapointed. good to see that the rom isn't lost at least
