I made Staryu while working on Starmie, and the beach is recycled from artfight
the description at the bottom of Staryu's card said, "If you visit a beach at the end of summer you'll be able to see groups of Staryu lighting up in a steady rhythm", I only made one, but I wanted to show something like that.
I went with a night/evening scene to show off the glow.
