I will say I don't love compliments like this that sort of feel like they're putting down other artists and their work in the process, but maybe that's a bit of an overly-cynical, bad-faith read on my part, so I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that wasn't your intention.
Anyway, these are characters that I've been writing about and drawing and thinking about basically nonstop for a decade, so a lot of time and love and care has been put into them, and their personalities, relationships, and histories and stuff. So I have the benefit of being able to build this story off of years and years of prior work.
Treating my characters with a lot of thought and care even when I'm just making a porn story is really important to me, and it's always a joy (and a relief! lol) to hear that other people appreciate that aspect of it
Y'know I was thinking about this some more and in hindsight my earlier reply was weird as hell. Just the most discourteous possible interpretation of your comment followed by a bunch of mostly-unrelated rambling. My brain was a bit fried from anxiety and exhaustion yesterday lol
