Been messing around with parsing because I have a cave story / the underside brain funk and now I wanna be able to build a parser system so I can write events easily without having to make a million animations and functions and have a massive headache.
I wanna have the dialogue in an external file so that the game can be translated or re written easily.
found godot supported XML parsing so I've been doing some tests and using that as a base and trying to figure out the functions of it, seen here I put the results into an array and the next step means I gotta figure out how to plug that information into the dialogue system
