it's like hearing a raw feed of the song in the creators' head before it's given form by constraints of playable reality. it's just the important shit they need to get across
and it's real you can hear the imperfect lyrics and timings that eventually become the 'full' song. but i like seeing the steps. like a translucent gameboy color, just more interesting to see how it all works
There's some bands that debut songs live before putting them on albums too, always cool to check them out via bootlegs
