Also Linkedin is such a hellhole in general. In 2020 id report countless things on there that wouldve even been taken down on twitter like the most insane lies or blatant intense bigotry but 95% of the time it supposedly wasnt a violation. I get the feeling theyre like “oh, this is a site for jobhunting etc so we dont need to do any rules enforcing like a social media site to stop it from being a breeding ground for hate and lies” while ignoring that their lack of enforcement makes it perfect to transform into social media for bigots and conspiracy theorists.

Oh, it's worse than that. In fact, I suspect moderation there is incredibly lax, since their job listings are full of obvious scams the site barely acts on and won't ever remove, even should you report them.
