Woah, you can just go up to that icon in the upper right and click "add page" and it creates a new profile that's still attached to your account. So if you want to make an AD or something but not hassle with having different accounts, you can just go up there and create a new page and flip between them seamlessly. It's all still under one account. That's so coooooool.
(If I'm right about this, that is. That's at least what it seems like.)
