Because it was in the list: architecture! What's the form (either in terms of style or structure type) that you feel doesn't get enough love?
I'll couch this with this disclaimer I am not super knowledgeable and probably pretty basic on the subject. And it's going to change if we're talking city or rural or whatever, but you know what I fricking love? Tudor houses. Like, classic without feeling outdated, not overly modern or cookie-cutter, just looks cozy.
