Question of the Day!
What's the special thing your WoL likes to do in the quiet moments? Read? Cook? Work on an ugly holday sweater?

Reading, cooking, camping. I have many things I do enjoy, things I want to do more of. Especially when the world and events allow. There are more things than this too. But these, these really are good quiet moment activities. To say nothing of writing as well. The chance to poke at my typewriter is a rare one. There are stories to tell. Things to share. The ability to combine all of them though, Camping, fishing, reading, writing, cooking. A trip away from everything where I can just exist? Brilliant.
Saints and Sinners know there's all this talk of heading to the New World. I understand the urge to explore, to see new vistas. However there are still so many places to see here, in Eorzea, Ilsabard, Othard, Dalamasca. So many nooks and crannies in our 'old world' that we haven't even begun to explore. To delve into. A camping trip to places unknown in Dalamasca- a chance to set up my tent at an Oasis and write long into the night beneath brilliant shining skies and listen to the life of the desert at night-
My musings on whether we belong in the New World or not can wait. They digress from the thrust of the question. The answer is many things, many quiet simple things that I enjoy dearly.
