Thanks! The lighting is nothing super special, it's an increase to the character lighting and a low powered spot on Mes from the front. The shader set implementation I use which adds a bit of a cel shading and animation effect can sometimes really pop colours nicely!
I realised I never said what attack animation was used for the effect! Circle of Scorn is the one that brought the blue.
