mood. it's also funny how autism and ADHD explains literally everything about my processing problems, tics, and "cringe" behavior. I never really saw myself as autistic until super recently, thanks to conforming to society's insistence on normalcy by either telling me it's all in my head and/or that I'm somehow "stupid and worthless" despite being a gifted student lol
