T'iala Mhargo, the former leader of the Manic Outlaws, the Free Company that would later become the Limsan Light Cavalry. Canonically she wound up dancing the hangman's jig when she refused to take knee to the Admiral after her bandits were rounded up for assaulting one too many Ul'Dahn trade missions.
Mesdina Casrean took over after that event. The rest of the bandits decided that they'd rather take the knee and Limsan coin, than a long drop with a short stop. T'ialla however was a card, quick with a grin and a knife to your throat.

People do change a lot over the years. The original Aellae van Neru, versus how she has crafted herself to be in her true appearance, with her true face. It's been a long road for her to get here.
