The pie came out a little ugly in the crust, but it smells delicious. I imagine that it shall still be absolutely fantastic. Practice shall make perfect with crust shaping.

Let's see. So, apropos of nothing, I'm baking an apple pie. Making sauce for a Lasagna. And marinating chicken for Tikka. Busy kitchen day, but it feels good!

I should likely also post another chapter of things, more thoughts on other things and all that.

Likely will, and at some point need to dig into learning to style up the place, give it a bit more of an us feel.

I just wish I could share all the cookery with friends. But not til our dear enemy Covid 19 leaves the general population. Then perhaps I can have a giant crowd over for a feast again.

As it stands, maybe one or two friends for Turkey this week might be nice. Everyone being vaccinated and all.
