Beans are very serious business though Bex! Utterly important truly! Though err, the others are looking at me a little oddly. Anyway, I have feelings on beans. Personal favourite are tinned Chili/Pinto beans in sauce. They are ready to be warmed up right out the can, and are so versatile! They can be used for making so many tasty things, but sometimes, even just for y'know, breakfast. Eggs and chili beans with some tortilla chips and salsa. Mmmmm~

Aellae is reminding me not to forget the Cholent! Well, yes, of course not, beans go in that as well, and that's a spot where using the sauced chili beans likely would not be the ideal choice, though in a pinch perhaps you still could? Mmm. But that is good with a navy bean, but I do like black beans!

Refried are okay for dipping chips into when they're a little spiced, but honestly, I still prefer the pinto. American Baked beans are just waaaaay too sugary for me! I did like the homemade British Baked beans I made, but it was quite a bit of effort! What about you Bex?
