I have no idea who might possibly have asked that at all!
So, in the timeline that I exist in? My favourite convocation member of the reborn convocation is probably this nutter who shoves me to do things and claims to hate fishing. No idea what their title might be though... *koff-Azem-koff!*
However in the mainline of the story?
We haven't truly met the entire convocation, we have seen some of them through the raid events, through storylines, cut scenes, hints, and notes. The one that I held the most sympathy for was Emet-Selch. I could relate to him. Not the grumpy external face we see in Endwalker through Elpis, but the exhausted and tired man of Shadowbringers. The one who has walked the world, carrying the weight of unimaginable burden on his shoulders. Utterly convinced of his convictions and his cause, desperately searching for someone who can understand, who can relate, who can help lift this weight from his shoulders so he can finally succeed- or at least rest. The utter terror and fear, that there is no one who can ever help him, who will ever be able to shoulder the burden, so that he can let go, and finally, at the very end, realising that it is okay, and that he can finally- rest.

More seriously, a proper migration towards a better future, we are all currently trapped within the framework of a machine that must be swiftly, yet carefully and deliberately dismantled. It is not the work of a single individual, or work that the current oligarchal establishments wish to occur. Yet it must, for the collective good of all. Not just rich capitalists. By all, I do mean all. There can be no liberation unless everyone has a seat at the table, and have had a chance for their grievances to be heard, and addressed. I do not wish to speak for anyone but the groups I fall into. I wish for everyone to have their fair say.
If anyone fears a marginalised group being given a voice, they need to have a long and frank talk with the Cop and Capitalist in their head and examine /why/ they feel that way. All cops and capitalists are fucking bastards, especially the ones in our heads that hold us back.

Being as I don't go in for the entirely cartoonish villainous streak. I'd want a team of actually competent but well meaning villains underneath me. So:
1) Disregard for Societal Status Quo
2) Respect for civilians lives
3) Ability to competently follow a plan
4) Desire for positive change in the world
5) Is their name Fox Mulder?
6) An open mind and heart
Just to name a few of the qualities I'd desire in folks working for whatever villainous organisation or conspiracy I have cooking.
