I wish we could live up to the potential you and the others saw and tried to foster in us. We were raised on video games, taught to love everyone, even our enemies by them, to work together to save the world.
All we can say, all we feel we should say, is that we are sorry we didn’t succeed. The world still screams, and the future feels like it refuses to change.
All isn’t hopeless, the task just feels overwhelming. Then again, you also taught us that we are all more powerful together. If only we could all work together towards saving our star.
